The Guernsey Property and Construction Awards dinner was held at St Pierre Park on the 22nd of September, 2023.

The awards are to celebrate the Property & Construction industry in Guernsey, an industry that has had the hardest of challenges in recent times and is so deserving of being celebrated and recognised. The dinner was a sold-out event with 240 people in attendance. Organiser Karen Solway was delighted with the number of nominations and the attendance of the dinner,  having the industry together for a great night of celebration.  This year’s judging panel consisted of 9 people, 3 of the sponsors, 2 from local professional bodies, 2 completely independent, and 2 from the UK Association of Project Management.
